Room 02 · The dock

Your market moves every week. Your website keeps up.

Market Watch looks out over your market every week: what buyers ask, how AI describes your products and how you compare where you sell. You receive a short brief with only what matters. Approve the changes, and they are made on your website.

Reports are easy. Acting on them is not.

Tools send numbers and agencies send reports. Someone still has to read them, decide what matters and change the website. Market Watch covers all three.

What you get

A short read, then the work done.

Each brief is written by a person who knows your products, not produced by a dashboard. Every finding links to its source.

  • 01

    The weekly brief

Three things that matter this week, each with what happened and why it matters to you. A quiet week gets a short brief.

    • Competitor moves
    • New reviews and buyer questions
    • How AI describes you and your competitors
    • Changes on retailer and marketplace pages
  • 02

    Changes made for you

Every brief ends with the changes worth making. Reply with a yes, and they are made on your website.

    • A clear list, ready for approval
    • Product pages and FAQs updated
    • Wrong information on retailer pages flagged
    • Larger changes quoted in advance
  • 03

    The bigger picture

Once a month and once a quarter, the brief steps back. You see what changed, what worked and what to do next.

    • A full check of AI answers
    • Themes in your reviews and your competitors’ reviews
    • Seasonal and search trends
    • Priorities for the next quarter

Wherever your buyers make up their minds.

  • What buyers ask in reviews, question sections and forums
  • What AI assistants say about your products
  • How you compare on the retailers, marketplaces or booking platforms where you sell
  • Each market you sell in, checked separately

Your land, your rules.

AI sovereignty means your company decides where its data goes, who holds its knowledge and which AI it uses. Here is what that means for this service.

What is AI sovereignty? →

Your data
Your data is never sold or shared, and briefs go only to the people you choose.
Your knowledge
Every brief adds to your own record of what buyers ask and how your market moves.
Your choice
If you stop, everything stays with you: the briefs, the records and every change made.

The first month: setting the course.

Your competitors, sales channels, markets and the questions to follow are agreed together, and a starting point is measured. Every brief after that compares against it. The first weekly brief arrives in week two.

Questions

Does our website need to be built by Umaru Creative?

No. Market Watch works with your current website. Where direct editing is not possible, each change is prepared for your team to publish.

How much of our time does it take?

About 15 minutes a week to read the brief and approve changes, plus a short call each quarter.

Which AI assistants are checked?

ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Gemini and Perplexity. Others can be added if your buyers use them.

Are website updates included?

Up to 4 updates from the brief are included each month. Larger changes, such as new pages, are quoted in advance.

Is legal advice included?

No. When a rule may affect your product pages, it is flagged in the brief, and your own legal adviser confirms before anything is published.
